When can we check in?

Check in time is at 2 PM.

On the day of your arrival, a pin to the door will be sent to you via SMS.

When do we have to check out?

Check out is at 9.30 AM.

What are the reception hours?

Manager is off-site so hours vary.

Can I reach Bluewater after hours?

If you are arriving outside of check in hours, please contact Kristine on 0403 163 309 and confirm apartment details.

Do Bluewater have free wi-fi?

Yes, information is available at check-in.

Do Bluewater provide parking?

Yes. We have off street parking for your convenience. Please inform us about your needs before arrival.

What is our cancellation policy?

Cancelling your booking within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total fee will be charged using the card details on file. Cancelling your booking within 24hours of the arrival date, the full amount will be charged using the card details on file.

What currency can we pay with?

We accept AUD only.
